Your Personal Information is stored in one or more of their data centers located in the European Union.

4.1 Right of Access - You have the right to receive a copy of your Personal Information in our possession.
4.2 Right of Deletion - You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information.

Sifflet, Inc. is committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers and our customers’ users. We believe that the best way to secure your information is not to gather it in the first place. We gather only the personal information we require to provide our services, we do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

California Privacy Rights; California Do Not Track Disclosures
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to our privacy officer as listed below. We currently do not honor Do Not Track signals.
Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: firstname.lastname@example.org However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
